Spanish almond soup with grapes

Ingredients

  • Almond (blanched, cut into thin slices) — 85 g
  • Garlic — 3 cloves
  • White bread (no crusts) — 85 g
  • Wine vinegar (red or sherry) — 3 tbsp.
  • Olive oil — 6 tbsp.
  • The egg yolk — 3 pieces
  • Sugar — 2 tsp.
  • The water (cold) — 300 ml
  • Grapes (large green) — 18 berries

  • Description

    This almond soup is better to prepare in advance to submit it very cold. If you have a beautiful fashionable glasses, he will make a stylish snack on a crowd of guests. Typically, this soup is served a glass of very dry sherry, such as Tio Pepe.

    1. Put the almonds in a bowl and pour boiling water. After 5 minutes, drain and shift into a food processor.

    3. Without turning off the combine, pour ice water. Pour into a jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
