Chicken breasts in poppy breaded with spicy salad

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast — 500g
  • Eggs — 2 pcs
  • For breading

  • Mack (ground) — 100 g
  • Wheat flour — 2 tbsp.
  • Potato starch — 2 tbsp.
  • salt — to taste
  • Pepper (freshly ground) — to taste
  • Rusk bread — 1 tbsp.
  • For the salad

  • Fennel — 2-3 head
  • Orange — 2 pcs
  • Olive oil — 2-3 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice — 2 tbsp.
