Linguine with tomatoes and olives

Ingredients

  • Linguine — 400 g
  • Olive oil
  • onion (finely chopped) — 1 onion
  • Garlic (crushed ) — 2 cloves
  • Cherry tomatoes (cut in half) — 250 g
  • Olives (black, seedless) — 100 g
  • White wine (dry) — 100 ml
  • Parsley (chopped) — 50 g
  • cheese — 120 g

  • Description

    Simple and quick — just that it is necessary for dinner.

    1. Bring to a boil a large pot with water and boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain.

    2. While the pasta is cooked, put the pan on the heat and add a little olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and fry for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Add tomatoes and olives, then white wine and parsley and simmer for 2 minutes all. Season.

    3. Remove from heat, add the linguine. Split by 4m dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
