Chicken cutlet with lemon sauce

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken — 500 g
  • onion (finely chopped) — 1 onion
  • Parsley (chopped) — 1/3 stack.
  • Eggs — 1 pc

  • Butter (or margarine) — 25 g

  • Lemon juice (fresh) — 1/2 stack.
  • Chicken broth (you can of powder) — 1/2 stack.

    From the «quick recipe»: simple and delicious!

    1. All products cutlets (except oil) add up to a large bowl and mix into a homogeneous mass. Molded patties.

    2.Engage sauce.In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and butter. When the butter melts, quickly fry the onion and garlic. Onions should be transparent. Pour the lemon juice, broth and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and continue to cook.

    3. In a separate pan heat the oil for frying poluglubokogo (layer of oil should reach half the cutlets). Fry chops for 2 minutes on each side, to beautifully flushed.

    4. Remove meatballs with a slotted spoon and carefully transfer to the pan with the sauce. Cover and continue to cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
