Oat pancakes

Ingredients

  • Buttermilk (*) — 1 1/4 cup
  • Oatmeal (fast food) — 1/2 cup
  • The essence of vanilla — 0 5 tsp.
  • Eggs (large, lightly beaten) — 1 pc
  • Refined vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.
  • Wheat flour — 1 1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar — 2 tbsp.
  • Soda (food) — 0.5 tsp.
  • salt — 0, 5 tsp.

  • Description

    Try to diversify your breakfast pancakes with the addition of oatmeal.

    In a cup combine the buttermilk, cereals and vanilla, leave for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the egg and oil. In another bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt, add the liquid ingredients.

    Fry in the frying pan, greased. It turns out about 16 small oladushek (8 or more).

    Serve with maple syrup, jam or condensed milk (obtained almost savory pancakes).

    * Replacing buttermilk

    If you do not have buttermilk, do it yourself «sour» milk is fairly easy, and it will replace the buttermilk in any recipe. Pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice or vinegar in a glass measuring cup and then add milk to obtain 225 ml of fluid. Stir and let stand until thick minut10.
