Description
All products have to be very finely chopped and tomatoes and cucumbers is better vzbitv homogeneous liquid in a blender puree. Season with salt, pepper and put the soup in the refrigerator at least an hour.
Before serving, add the olive oil to the soup and sprinkle on top of chopped greens. Gazpacho served with toasted white bread.
