Fried ocean trout

Ingredients

  • Thyme — 1 bunch
  • Oregano leaves — 1 bunch
  • Lemon (coarsely chopped) — 1 pc
  • Garlic (cut in half) — 8 cloves
  • Trout (ocean) — 3 kg
  • Olive oil — 1 tbsp.
