Cuttlefish with ham and potatoes

Ingredients

  • Mini cuttlefish — 500 g
  • Potatoes — 700 g
  • Ham Parma — 8 slices
  • Arugula — 50 g
  • Olive oil — 6 tbsp.
  • Balsamic vinegar — 2 tbsp.

  • Description

    Wash the potatoes, put into cold water, bring to a boil, add salt and cook for 20 minutes cuttlefish fry for 2 minutes in a skillet with non-stick coating, stirring constantly. Fold in the sieve. Fry Parma ham.
