Steak on the grill

Ingredients

  • Beef (or pork — steak) — 1 pc
  • Lemon — 1 pc
  • salt

  • Description

    Steak wash and dry with paper towel. Rub salt and spices. Squeeze the juice from one lemon, pour over steaks and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
