Beat 6 eggs 200 g of sugar: the mixture should increase in volume by half. Add 250 grams of flour and 1 sachet baking powder. Stir. Add 400 g melted chocolate black and 200 grams of butter.
Pour into a mold and bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 0 C (thermostat 6). Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the mold. Cut into pieces. Decorate with glaze: sugar syrup mixed with food dyes.
