Turkey, baked with lemon and oranges

Ingredients

  • Turkey (weighing 5-6 kg) — 1 pc
  • Orange — 5 pcs
  • Lemon — 1 pc
  • Butter — 50 g
  • salt
  • Pepper (Black freshly)
  • Liquor (orange) — 75 ml
  • Cinnamon (ground ) — 1 tsp.

  • Cinnamon (sticks)

  • Description

    From the inside and outside of the turkey grease with melted butter, rub with salt, pepper and cinnamon. Cut the lemon into 4 parts and 3 oranges — 6 (each). Stuff the turkey citrus slices, place on the grill, put on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 3-4 hours, pouring juice stand out.     Serve with red dry wine.
