Grilled salmon with grapes and pancetta

Ingredients

  • Salmon (200 g) — 4 pcs
  • Grapes (large) — 40 berries
  • Pancetta (thin slices) — 8 slices
  • Butter — 20 g
  • Balsamic vinegar (white) — 2 tbsp.
  • Sea salt Food
