Spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients

  • minced beef — 700 g
  • Celery — 1 stalk
  • Carrots (large) — 1 pc

  • red wine (dry) — 200 ml

    Prepare the famous Italian pasta with meat sauce Bolognese.

    1. Minced fry in a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil: for speed better to divide the amount into two parts.

Chop the basil and throw it in a pan, thither as oregano, stir, reduce heat to low and cover with a lid bubbling mixture. Bolognese sauce is ready in 1.5 hours. From time to time it is necessary to stir.

    4. After 1.5 hours, the sauce will become more dense and uniform. Finally, salt and pepper it. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions, arrange on plates, top, place a large portion of flavored meat sauce. If you wish, sprinkle with grated parmesan spaghetti and garnish with a sprig of basil.
