Pancake cake

Ingredients

  • Eggs — 2 pcs
  • Water — 1.5 tbsp.
  • Sugar — 75 g
  • Flour — 50 g
  • Almonds — 50 g
  • Starch — 25 g
  • Baking powder — 0.5 tsp.
  • Milk — 200 ml
  • For cream

  • The cream (fat) — 400 ml
  • Fixing Cream — 2 bags
  • Vanilla sugar — 2 bags
  • Pistachios — 60 g
  • Strawberries (fresh)

    Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat yolks with water and 50 g sugar. Protein shake up to 25 g sugar, vsyp sand trickle. Our pancakes are almond-cakes.
