Chicken breast in curry sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast — 500g
  • Garlic — 4 cloves
  • Soy sauce — 4 tbsp.
  • Oil Refined vegetable — 10 g
  • Honey — 3 tbsp.
  • Pepper — 10 g
  • Ginger — 10 g
  • salt — 15 g
  • Curry — 20 g

  • Description

    Chicken with curry sauce — very tasty oriental dish. Incidentally, the curry sauce is not only perfectly sets off the flavor of poultry, but also helps to improve the digestive process and is a good prevention of cancer.

    How to prepare:

    Chicken breasts wash, dry with paper towels and cut into large pieces.

    Take a deep bowl, put to the breast, add salt, black pepper, ginger and curry. Meat mix thoroughly, add squeezed garlic, soy sauce and leave to marinate for about 60 minutes.

    Take a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil in it, add honey and wait until it melts.

    Then, reduce the heat, put the chicken in the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.

    At the end of cooking, you can add oriental spices at will.
