Ingredients

  • Cucumber — 2.5 kg
  • Dill — 4 piece
  • bay leaf — 2 pcs
  • Parsley — 3 branches
  • Celery — 3 sprigs
  • Horseradish (root) — 1 pc
  • Bulgarian pepper — 1 pc
  • Pepper — 5 pea
  • Grape leaves — 2 pcs
  • Water — 1 liter
  • salt — 80 g
