Duck meatballs with red sauce on the TV channel

Ingredients

  • Water — 150 ml
  • Eggs — 1 pc
  • White bread — 3 piece

  • White wine — 125ml
  • Chicken broth — 100 ml
  • Turmeric — 1 tbsp.
  • Cherry tomatoes — 4 piece
  • Refined vegetable oil — 30 g
  • Paprika — 1 tbsp.
  • Pepper — 7 g
  • salt — 10 g

    Chef channel «Food» shared original recipe cooking duck meatballs with red sauce.

    How to prepare:

    1. Mash. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Finely diced red bell pepper and fry in a pan with 1 tablespoon of dry paprika and 1 tablespoon tomato paste until tender.

    2. We put a saucepan on the heat and pour the water. Clear the potatoes, cut lengthwise and put in a saucepan. Season with salt, cover with a lid and cook until tender.

    7. After 10 minutes of cooking, add a little chicken broth and bring to a boil. Season with salt, add sugar and pepper. Transfused sauce in blender jar and blend. Pour back into a saucepan, bring to a boil and remove from heat.

    8. We serve hot, combining with yellow sauce, garnished with cherry tomatoes.
