Rolls of potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes — 6 pcs
  • The greens (parsley or cilantro) — 1 bunch
  • salt — 1 pinch
  • Pepper black pepper — 1 pinch
  • Sesame seeds — 2 tsp.
  • Corn oil (for frying)

  • Flour (Pea or wholegrain) — 1.5 stack.
  • Water (heat) — 0.6 stack.
  • Salt — 1 tsp.
  • Turmeric Ground — 1 pinch
  • Paprika — 1 pinch
  • Coriander — 1 pinch
  • Sunflower oil — 1 tbsp.

    rolls potato «Alu Patra» are the traditional Indian dishes, but nothing prevents us to please their loved ones.

    How to prepare:

    In a bowl sift the flour, add the coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, oil, mix well. Then pour the water and knead elastic dough, if necessary adding water or flour. The dough is covered with a wet cloth and set aside.

    Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, mash with a fork until soft, to avoid lumps, add the chopped herbs, salt, pepper and sesame seeds and mix.

    Roll out the dough seam thickness of 2-4 mm, it put a stuffing and evenly spread over the entire surface. Then, from one side to roll the dough into a roll with stuffing.
