I want to offer you a recipe for a very tasty jelly. The combination of orange and chocolate may seem unusual, but it’s very tasty. Chocolate jelly can be made more complete by adding a more chocolate.

Ingredients

Gelatin — 40 g

Orange — 5

Sugar — 75g

Chocolate — 150 g

Cream (20%) — 500 ml

Note

1. 20 grams of gelatin soaked in cold boiled water for 30 minutes. Squeeze the orange juice with a juicer and pour it into the pan.

2. Pot put on a little fire and add the juice of sugar, gelatin and heated the mixture to simmer.

3. As soon as bubbles appear and the gelatin is dissolved, immediately remove from heat. Juice strain through a sieve and pour into molds.
