Vanilla Souffle

I love all vanilla, so could not resist this recipe :) If you have the opportunity to use the seeds of the vanilla pod, then vanilla and vanilla sugar are not necessary. I at the time of preparation were only one egg, so the souffles turned out not so lush, what should be, but still very tasty:)

Ingredients

  • Cream 20% — 200 g
  • Sugar — 20 g
  • The egg yolk — 2
  • Egg protein — 3
  • Butter — 10 g
  • Vanilla sugar — 1 package
  • Flour — 30 g
  • Note

  • 1. Mix the egg yolks in a saucepan with the sugar and flour and whisk whisk. Then a thin stream pour the cream and simmer, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, add the vanilla and remove from heat. After removing the mixture from heat, add to it 10 g of butter and a solid foam 3 egg whites, whipped with a pinch of salt.
  • 2. The form of grease with butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar or flour and fill weight. Souffle bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes Ready souffle sprinkled with powdered sugar or decorate to taste and bring to the table in the form of heat.
