1. Peel the potatoes and grate on a fine grater or with the help of a food processor. Add the flour, eggs, salt and pepper and mix well.
2. When potato mixture is still watery, add more flour. Finely chop the onion and add to the meat. Minced salt, pepper and add a little water, because it has to be soft.
3. In a frying pan warm up vegetable oil and spread 1 tbsp. l. potato mass. Better to flatten it a little more, to pancakes were thin. Then immediately spread a bit of minced meat and pour on top of another 1 tbsp. l. potato mass. Cover with a lid and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, then turn the pancake to the other side and fry another 3 minutes under the lid closed. Thus, fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Served hot pancakes drizzled with sour cream, butter or smeared.
