Pancakes with cream cheese and garlic

These pancakes can be served hot with sour cream or as a cold appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Pancakes:
  • Milk — 1 liter
  • chicken egg — 1
  • Soda (hydrated) — 1 teaspoon
  • Flour — Article 3. 5.

  • Filling:
  • Processed cheese — 400 g
  • Garlic — 4 cloves
  • homemade mayonnaise and pepper — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. To prepare the pancakes, beat the egg with salt and sugar (taking about 1 hour. l. both). Pour the milk, whisk with a mixer or a whisk. Add the flour and baking soda, while continuing to whisk.
  • 2. In a frying pan warm up vegetable oil and pour a ladle of dough, turning the pan so that it is uniformly spread out. Thus fry pancakes and allowed to cool. Make stuffing. To do this, the frozen cheese rub on a fine grater, add sagging through chesnokodavilku garlic, pepper and mayonnaise.
