1. Carp fillet cut into medium pieces. To prepare the marinade, mix sour cream, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Put the pieces of carp in the marinade and leave to stand 1, 5 — 2 hours. Then take out the pieces of fish and lay them in a baking dish. Finely chop the garlic and spread on slices of carp.
