It is very simple, easy and quick to prepare soup.
Ingredients
Tomatoes — 3
Tomato paste — 1 5 tablespoons
Bulb — 1
Chicken broth or vegetable — 400 ml
Vegetable oil — 3 tablespoons
The flour — 2 tablespoons
cheese, salt, pepper, red pepper, crackers — to taste, and request
Note
1. Pour the oil in a saucepan, pour the flour and mix thoroughly. Fry the flour until golden brown. Tomatoes put in a bowl, pour boiling water for 3 minutes. Then pull out and peeled. Put in a blender and ground to a paste-like consistency. If no blender, rub on a grater. Crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, add to the pan with flour and stir.
