Pork baked with pineapple and cheese

I have already several times cooking pork for this recipe, including guests. I can say that the pork with pineapple always turns out very tasty and liked all the guests. By the way, you can put meat fried onions, pineapple and then, you get very tasty too.


Ingredients

  • Pork fillet — 500g
  • Canned pineapple (rings) — 1 bank
  • Cheese — 200 g
  • salt pepper — to taste
  • homemade mayonnaise — on — request for submission
  • Note

  • 1. The meat cut into slices the thickness of 1 — 1.5 cm and slightly repel . Cheese rub on a small grater. Meat salt and pepper and spread in a baking dish. We put on each piece of pineapple slices and send the form in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 — 50 minutes. If a large piece of meat, you can put two slices of pineapple.
  • 2. Check the readiness of meat and if it is ready, sprinkle each slice of cheese and then send it in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. When applying, you can grease the meat with homemade mayonnaise. Bon Appetit!
