1. Liver wash and possibly soak in milk for a couple of hours to have gone out of it all the harmful substance. Cut it into small pieces. Mince the onion, carrots, peel and grate. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into slices or cubes and fry until cooked.
2. Onions and carrots fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
3. In a separate pan fry until cooked liver. When it is soft, add the onions and carrots and sour cream, salt and pepper. Simmer another 5 minutes under the lid.
4. Now lay out all the pots. First layer — half of the liver, the second layer — the potato, the third — the liver. Sprinkle with cheese and send all the pots in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
