Mussels in cream - garlic sauce

I love the mussels into oblivion, so could not pass this recipe. Next time I will be sure to take plenty of mussels, by the way, this recipe mussels can bake otherwise. Ingredients

  • Media — 600 g

  • Cream 20% — 200 ml

  • Salt and pepper — to taste

  • 1. Finely chop onion. Greens finely crumble. In a large frying pan warm up butter and olive oil. Then add the onions and fry until golden brown. Next, pour the wine and wait until the alcohol evaporates, it will take approximately 2 minutes.
  • 2. Then enter the cream and, stirring constantly, bring them to the thickening (4 minutes). Turn off the fire, add a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic and fresh herbs, and all mix well.
  • 3. Media washed, dried, spread on a baking sheet and pour sauce. Cover form, which will be baked in foil and send it in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes, then remove foil and leave in the oven for another 5 — 10 minutes.
