Lasagna

I cook lasagna for the second time today I decided to make lasagna sheets for yourself on this recipe (from a given amount of the test gets half portions). It turned out very tasty and satisfying.


Ingredients

  • Sheets of lasagna — 250 g
  • Mince — 1 kg
  • Tomatoes — 500g
  • onion — 200 g
  • carrot — 150 g
  • Garlic — 3 — 4 cloves
  • Milk — 1 liter
  • Butter — 100 g
  • Flour — 100 g
  • Cheese — 300 g
  • Parmesan — 50 g
  • salt and pepper — to taste

  • 1. Onions and garlic finely crumble. Carrots rubbed on a coarse grater or average. Tomatoes pour boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove them and remove the peel. Peeled tomatoes grind in a blender or rub on a grater. Onions and garlic fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add the carrots and fry a little. Then add the minced meat, salt, pepper and simmer until tender. At the end add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • 2. If the tomatoes are given a lot of juice, let the liquid boil a little bit. In this case, instead of 5 minutes, the mixture simmer 10 — 15 minutes. To prepare the sauce «Bechamel» we melt the butter, then add the flour, mix well and fry a little. Then, pour a thin stream of milk, stir and bring to a boil. Heat the sauce until it begins to resemble a liquid cream. Take care to avoid lumps formed. The sauce is a little salt, you can add the nutmeg. Cheese rub on a coarse grater. In a baking dish (I have 30 x 15 cm) spread sheets of lasagna (be sure to read the instructions in your lasagna sheets, whether their pre-boiled). Spread on a sheet of half the meat sauce, then spread 1/3 of the sauce «Bechamel». Sprinkle with half the grated cheese.
  • 3. Then again, the remaining sheets of lasagna and meat sauce. Grease half of its remaining sauce «Bechamel» and then sprinkle with cheese. Finally, the recent spread of lasagna sheets and lubricates their remaining sauce «Bechamel». Send the lasagne in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 — 45 minutes. Then sprinkle it with grated parmesan cheese and send it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
