Pancakes with cottage cheese and cherry sauce

Pancakes cooked in this recipe is thin and very tasty. Even the most ordinary and familiar to us pancakes with cottage cheese can be a little supplement and get something — something even more interesting. Adding cherry sauce recipe makes a terrific tasty and ideal for a hearty and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Pancakes:
  • Egg chicken — 3
  • Flour — 280 g
  • Milk — 500 ml

  • Vegetable oil — 3 tablespoons
  • Butter — for greasing
  • Filling:
  • Cottage cheese (fat) — 400 g

  • Sour cream — to taste
  • Cherry Sauce:
  • Cherries — 250 g
  • The starch — 1 teaspoon
  • Cherry juice — 200 ml
  • Water — 1. 5 tablespoons spoons

  • 1. In a bowl, beat eggs, add salt and sugar, stir whisk. Pour 200 ml of milk and stir. Then add the flour and mix until uniform. Pour the remaining milk and stir. You should have a uniform batter. If you add the item 0.5. boiling water, the pancakes will turn soft, thin and delicate. Pour vegetable oil, mix the dough and leave to stand for 15 — 20 minutes.
