Sochniki with cheese

This is incredibly delicious sochniki with cheese! In my opinion, this is the perfect recipe sochnikov. My family has always loved sochniki, but we always buy them in the store. And, just recently, I thought, why do not I try? To be honest I am a little afraid that they will not very tasty, but they came out just wonderful. Try it, I’m sure you will like it!


Ingredients

  • The butter (room temperature) — 70 g
  • Sour — 4 tablespoons
  • Flour — 2 — 2 5 Art.
  • Sugar — 0. 5 Art.

  • Soda — 1 \ 4 teaspoons
  • Filling:
  • Cheese — 200 g
  • The sugar — 2 tablespoons
  • Sour cream — 1 tablespoons
  • Flour (I did not add) — 1 tablespoons
  • Egg white — 1
  • Note

  • 1. 2 cups flour sifted through a sieve and mixed with soda. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, sugar, salt, egg and carefully whisk whisk or electric mixer. Add the butter and stir again. Now add flour with soda and knead a soft dough, adding more if necessary, 0, 5, Art. flour.
