Chicken meatballs with cream sauce

These tasty and tender meatballs like everyone. Cream cheese gives the dish a surprisingly delicate flavor, off the meatballs very difficult. This dish can be cooked a little child, but in this case should be Meatball stew or bake in the oven.


Ingredients

  • Chicken mince — 500 g
  • Cream Cheese — 150 g
  • chicken egg — 1
  • Bulb — 1
  • Cream 10% — 250 g
  • Flour — 1 tablespoons
  • Butter — 1 tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper, herbs — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Greens finely crumble. Chicken mince, mix with cream cheese, eggs, herbs, salt, pepper and any spices to taste.
  • 2. Add the onion to the mince, mix, and send in the refrigerator for 30 — 40 minutes. Then wet hands forming small meatballs and fry them with one hand over medium heat until golden.
  • 3. Then turn over, cover with a lid and fry for about 4 minutes -x. To prepare the sauce you need to fry flour in a dry frying pan until golden, then add the butter, stir and put out a 1 — 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, pour in the cream, continuing to stir. When the mixture is smooth again, turn heat and cook the sauce for 5 minutes, season with salt to taste. When serving pour sauce meatballs.
