Arabic muffin with jelly

But I’m a little tough with a cupcake since I did not have a silicone mold, only iron, which is not fixed tightly and wanted to pour jelly. So I had to be quirky and wait a little jelly hardens in a bowl. And by the way, on the lower cross-sectional pictures are not visible, but completely permeated jelly cake, making it very fragrant and unusual.

For a diameter of 24 — 26 cm

Ingredients

  • Egg chicken — 3

  • Butter — 100 g
  • Sugar — 1 cup
  • vanilla — to taste
  • Jelly — 4 packs
  • berries, fruit — to taste (I took 200 grams of raspberries and half an orange)
  • Note

  • 1. Eggs whisk with sugar and vanilla. Add the soft butter and milk, sift flour and baking powder, stir. Pour batter into greased with butter form and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 — 40 minutes. Ready cupcake Let cool completely. Dissolved all unit packets of jelly as it is written on the package, but take less water to 100 ml. to each packet. For example, if the instruction is written in 400 mL, then 300 mL take. Jelly is completely cooled to room temperature. Cupcake removed from the mold and to fill half of the jelly and spread the chopped fruit and berries.
  • 2. Put in the fridge to harden.
