This fresh, indeed spring salad — recipe of Julia Vysotsky. It is useful and very simple, but the taste of it is excellent.

Radishes — 500 g

cucumbers — 500 g

Egg chicken — 3

Green onions — 1 bunch

parsley — 1 bunch

Filling:

Sour cream (fat) — 300 g

The juice of half a lemon

Juice of half a lemon Salt, pepper, herbs — to taste

1. boil hard boiled eggs and cut into slices. Radishes and cucumbers and cut my circles.

2. Onion, parsley and dill finely chop.
