Here are my three hundredth anniversary recipe! I wanted to cook — something special for the occasion, and this dessert from Jamie Oliver seemed to me the best. I am ready to dessert in the evening and leave it in the freezer overnight. In the morning it was like a cake — ice cream, which is very tasty. Then dessert stood in the refrigerator a couple of hours, and in this form he loved us the most.

Ingredients

  • Biscuit:
  • The butter (room temperature) — 200 g
  • Sugar — 200 g
  • Flour — 200 g
  • Baking powder — 1 teaspoon
  • Salt — a pinch
  • Egg chicken — 3
  • Cocoa — 3 teaspoons
  • Filling:
  • Ricotta — 500g
  • The sugar — 3 tablespoons
  • Dark chocolate — 100 g
  • Almond Petals — a handful
  • Cherries — 150 g
  • Candied fruits — a handful
  • Natural ground coffee — 1 tablespoons
  • liqueur Grand Marnier to impregnate

  • 1. Butter, beat the sugar, add eggs, salt, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Thoroughly mix the dough and divide into 2 parts. Grease two round shape with a diameter of 22 cm with butter and distribute them on the dough with a spatula.
  • 2. We send in a preheated 190 degree oven for 5 — 10 minutes. Cakes can be baked at a time when only one form.
