This salad is very light and zesty. In it there is an urgent note of thanks to the bow, which perfectly harmonizes with tomatoes and black olives. I really liked the salad, as it is very fragrant, palatable and healthy.

Ingredients

Tomatoes — 400g

Olives — 200g

Bulb (preferably red) — 1

Emmental cheese — 100 g

basil — a pair of leaves

salt, olive oil — to taste

Note

1. Tomatoes cut into slices.

2. Onions cut into half rings. Olives cleaned from bones and shredded cheese.

3. Mix the tomatoes, onion, olives and cheese in a salad bowl, salt and dressed with olive oil. Basil finely cut and add to the salad.
