I’m as big a fan of buckwheat, I could not pass this recipe. The dish turns out very hearty, delicious and nutritious.
Ingredients
Buckwheat — 1 cup
Bulb — 1
Mushrooms (boiled) — 400 g
Egg chicken boiled — 3
bacon — 300 g
salt, herbs — to taste
Note
1. Buckwheat washed, pour 2 Art. cold water and cook until evaporation of the liquid over medium heat. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Breast cut into strips and add to the onions, lightly fry. Then add the mushrooms and fry for a few minutes.
2. When buckwheat is cooked add it fried mixture and salt to taste. Boiled eggs cut into strips, herbs finely chopped.
3. Add to the kasha and mix. Cover with a lid and give the brew for 20 — 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and fresh vegetables.
