Blueberry ice cream with yogurt

3 August was the first birthday of our website! Unfortunately, I was out, and the possibility to cook — the holiday I had. But today I want to treat you to tasty and healthy ice cream. This ice cream — just a godsend for me! Typically, ice cream is made from heavy cream, but we are hard to find, and they are expensive, so you have to do without them. And it is easy to prepare ice cream, no-calorie, delicious, and absolutely not costly. Moreover, it can be made from any fruit and berries.


Ingredients

  • Blueberries (or other fruit) — 300 g
  • Natural plain yogurt — 400 g
  • Sugar — 120 g
  • Lemon juice — 1 teaspoon
  • Note

  • 1. Blueberries my, lay in a colander and give to drain the fluid. We shift the berries in a bowl, mix the sugar and rubbing a spoon.
  • 2. If you have fruit with seeds (raspberries, for example), the Transfer puree to a fine sieve and rub into another bowl.
  • 3. Conventional berries can be a grind in a blender, but blueberries I still rubbed. In pureed mashed add the lemon juice, stir and add the yogurt. Mix well and pour the mass into a container, cover with a lid and send it in the freezer for 1 hour. When the ice starts to set, but has not yet hardened, remove it and whisk using an immersion blender or chopper. Put back into the container and then send it for 1 hour in the freezer. Then repeat whipping blender and freeze completely. Before serving, should be ready to get ice cream and let it stand for 10 — 15 minutes at room temperature.
