Fruit cake with cream and jelly

The recipe for this cake, I borrowed and Anastasia Skripkina. I cook it for the second time and it always turns out perfect. He easily decorate any holiday table and give a lot of fun :)

For a diameter of 26 cm

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • Butter — 50 g
  • Sugar — 50 g
  • Egg Chicken — 2
  • Baking powder — 1 teaspoon
  • Flour — 150 — 200 g
  • Filling:
  • Cream Cheese — 150 g
  • Sugar — 50 g
  • Cream (33%) — 50 ml
  • Fruits and Berries
  • Jelly cake — 10 g
  • Instructions

  • 1. rub the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and stir. Add the flour with baking powder and knead the dough. Grease a baking dish with butter, spread the dough to make bumpers.
  • 2. For the dough put baking paper and pour the beans or peas to. This is to ensure that the dough is evenly baked through and not deformed. Submits a form in a preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool completely baked cake. Now prepare the stuffing. For this, beat cream with sugar and then adding cream cheese and mix.
