Chicken liver with mushrooms

Today, I want to offer fans a new liver recipe of its preparation. Previously, we prepared the liver in cream sauce with onions and potatoes, but I wanted something — something new, so the recipe is simple, but not bored. The wine can be replaced with apple juice, beer, or not at all to add. As a side dish to chicken liver can be fed boiled rice or potatoes.


Ingredients

  • Chicken liver — 500g
  • Bulb — 2
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Mushrooms — 150 g
  • Flour — 1. 5 tablespoons
  • Paprika — 1 teaspoons
  • Tomatoes — 1
  • Dry white wine — 50 ml
  • Salt and pepper — to taste
  • The greens — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. Mushrooms boil and recline in a colander. If you are using mushrooms, like me, they do not need to boil. Onions cut into half rings, garlic finely chopped. In a frying pan warm up the oil and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown for 2 — 3 minutes. Add the sliced ??mushrooms and fry for 5 — 7 minutes.
  • 2. my liver, obsushivayut and cut into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the flour with the paprika and stir. Liver collapses in flour and fry in butter for 5 minutes. To add mushrooms liver with onions, salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Now prepare the sauce. To do this, we omit the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes and remove the peel. Grind with tomato puree in a blender and mix it with the white wine. Add the sauce to the liver and simmer on low heat, covered, stirring occasionally 12 — 15 minutes. Next, finely chopped herbs and sprinkle it finished dish. Bon Appetit!
