Salad with smoked chicken, tomatoes and walnuts

This salad can be charged with homemade mayonnaise or olive oil with a couple of drops of lemon juice — who he loves. Mayonnaise, salad taste like salad «Yummy», but without the sweetness of pineapple and canned mushrooms. I liked the salad with homemade mayonnaise and olive oil.

Ingredients

Smoked chicken — 200 g

Tomatoes — 350g

Sweet pepper — 200 g

Cheese — 120 g

Walnuts — 30 grams

Garlic — 2 cloves

parsley — to taste

Homemade mayonnaise or olive oil with lemon juice

Salt and pepper — to taste

Note

1. Chicken cut into small pieces. My tomatoes and diced. Bulgarian pepper mine, cleaned from seeds and cut into cubes.

2. Walnuts finely ground with a knife, cheese cut into cubes.

3. Garlic is pressed through the press, parsley finely chopped. Mix together chicken, tomatoes, bell pepper, cheese, walnuts and garlic. Salt and pepper. Refill salad with homemade mayonnaise or olive oil with lemon juice.
