Today, I want to offer you neizbity, simple, unusual and delicious recipe for eggplant. Casserole is very interesting — the bottom is soft and succulent eggplant and cheese on top of vegetables crisp.

Ingredients

Eggplant — 3

Tomatoes — 4

Egg Chicken — 2

Bulb — 1

Breadcrumbs — 1 tablespoons

Cheese — 100 g

Dried basil — 1 teaspoons

Salt and pepper — to taste

Note
