Beans with Mushrooms

Week of the Italian week began, I first I decided to cook a simple, useful, satisfying and tasty Italian dish. Porcini mushrooms have called mushrooms. Ingredients

  • Beans — 300 g
  • White mushrooms (porcini or ceps — 200g
  • Canned tomatoes — 200 g
  • Bulb — 1
  • Sweet pepper — 1
  • salt — to taste

  • Note

  • 1. beans soaked in water and leave overnight. Then, boil it until tender for 30 minutes if you have white beans. If you use a color, cooking time must be increased.
