Pork - Estonian

This recipe, of course, shared Anya from Estonia. I really liked it and I decided to try a little bit of Estonian cuisine. The whole family really enjoyed it. Ingredients

  • Pork (fat) — 500 g
  • mushrooms — 200 g
  • Oyster mushrooms — 200 g
  • Hunting sausages — 200 g
  • Sauerkraut — 800 g
  • Bulb — 1
  • Tomato Paste — 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper — to taste
  • bay leaf — 2
  • Note

  • 1. Meat wash and cut into medium-sized pieces. Hunting sausage cut into slices. Onions and mushrooms to clean and cut into cubes.
  • 2. In a skillet or frying pan warm up a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the pork for 5 minutes. Add the sausage, onions, mushrooms, cabbage, tomato paste, bay leaf, salt and pepper, pour 2 cups of water and simmer over low heat for 1 — 1, 5 hours. Bon Appetit!
