Garnet - Butter Jelly Valentine's Day

The idea of ??this jelly I saw on the site deli. It was proposed to squeeze the juice of fresh pomegranates, but it takes a lot of time and effort, so I took the ready. Garnish with pomegranate seeds I was going, but someone — that ate until I take out jelly form :) so we had to decorate the cranberries. Before pouring the jelly from the juice, I posted on the creamy layer five strawberries, halved, making it more interesting for jelly vkussu. The result is very light and high-calorie dessert, which is exceptionally suitable for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • The juice (grape, pomegranate or cherry) — 300 ml
  • Cream — 300 ml
  • The sugar — 3 teaspoons
  • Gelatin — 30 g
  • pomegranate seeds or berries for decoration
  • Note

  • 1. 15 g gelatin soaked in a small amount of cold boiled water and leave to swell. Cream mix with sugar and mix thoroughly. The swollen gelatin is put on a little fire and stir, warms up before full dissolution of grains. Then whisk the cream whisking, pour a thin stream of gelatin.
  • 2. filter cream mixture and pour into a mold. Send jelly to harden in a cool place. When it hardens a bit, the remaining gelatin soaked in cold boiled water and leave to swell. Warms over medium heat and gently pour a thin stream into the juice, stirring whisk quickly. Filter the mixture, cool and carefully pour in the frozen butter jelly. Again, we send in the refrigerator for 2 — 3 hours to complete solidification. Then spend a knife around the edges of the jelly, cover dish shape and quickly turn over. If cooking is not in the silicone gel form, the lower the form in hot water for a few seconds, then gently invert onto a plate. Decorate to taste.
