Bags of pork with cheese and mushrooms

I want to share with you a very tasty dish of pork, which is a wonderful choice for the New Year. In — First, the dish turns out very tasty and juicy as pork baked in own juice, in — the second, looks very unusual and interesting. I have a piece of meat was not very successful in terms of aesthetics. When cutting pieces out not round and elongated, which was not very convenient for filling and stuffing stabbing toothpicks. Ingredients

  • Pork loin — 700 g
  • mushrooms — 300 g
  • Garlic — 3 cloves
  • Cheese — 130 g
  • Sour cream — 2 -3 tablespoons
  • Note
