Italian biscuits Carnival Kyakkere

This Kyakkere carnival cookies, also called Frappe or sfrappole bake all Italian pastry carnival days in February. In the streets people walk in carnival costumes, theatrical performances are held, comes a lot of tourists. Ingredients

  • Flour — 450 g (it took me 300 g)

  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar
  • Note

  • 1. Mix the butter with the sugar, salt, baking powder and eggs. Pour the milk and add the sifted flour, knead a soft dough does not stick.
  • 2. Wrap it in plastic wrap and send in the refrigerator for 1 hour. On work surface, floured, roll out the dough very thinly.
