Chocolate pasta with cream sauce and caramelized apples

After seeing this recipe online cook, I try it on fire. Ingredients

  • Chocolate paste:
  • Cocoa — 40 g

  • Cream (33%) — 350 ml
  • Parmesan cheese — 100 g
  • Milk — 50ml

  • caramelized apples:
  • apple (Granny Smith) — 1
  • Butter — 70 g
  • Vanilla sugar — 1 package

  • Note

  • 5. To make caramelized apples, apple cleanse, cut into slices and sprinkled with lemon juice. In a pan melt the heated butter, add apple slices and fry them until browning.
