Rye pancakes

Since the beginning of study time to cook completely gone, so cook pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, I could only today. I took for myself two discoveries. God, how is it delicious! :) Pancakes small problem arose, apparently, the recipe was given too much flour so the dough out very thick and the pancakes out of it did not get. So I dilute it with milk and water until until it began to resemble an ordinary pancake batter.

  • Rye flour — 250 g
  • Milk — 300 ml

  • 1. In the warm milk breed yeast, salt and sugar. Pour all the flour, mix well and cover with a towel, leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • 2. An hour later, the remaining milk is heated. We separate the egg whites from the yolks and whisk in a solid foam. Carefully mix warm milk with vegetable oil and pour a mixture of egg yolks and came up to the test.
  • 3. Once again mix well and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place. If there are lumps, can beat with a mixer.
  • 4. Then add the test whipped egg whites and gently stir with a spatula. I got a very thick dough, so I dilute it with milk and water. In a frying pan warm up a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
