Pork on this recipe turns out very tender with a slight sweet taste of the — of cream and very fragrant. Preparing quick and easy, and tastes wonderful.
Ingredients
Pork — 700 g
Tomatoes — 2
Heavy Cream — 300 g
onion — 2
garlic cloves — 3
Salt and pepper — to taste
Note
1. Onions and garlic are finely chopped and fry in vegetable oil until golden colors.
2. Dice tomatoes. My pork, cut into cubes, salt, pepper and leave for 2 hours in the refrigerator to marinate. In a frying pan warm up the oil and fry the pork until golden brown.
3. Then pour the cream, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes pork. Then add the fried onions, garlic and tomatoes, cover with a lid and simmer for another 10 — 15 minutes. Serve best with pasta.
