Vanilla panna cotta with cherry confit

Again, panna cotta :) I just love this gentle creamy dessert, so always try its different variations and plans I still orange panna cotta with orange salad :). This recipe is very simple, but incredibly fun for the whole family. In preparation it took quite a bit of time. Caramelised oatmeal I do not, it seemed to me that the combination of gentle Panna Cotta and fragrant cherry and so it will be wonderful, but next time I will try them out of interest. Recipe taken from Catherine e — cat site chef, a huge thank you to her.


Ingredients

  • Cream (33%) — 500 ml
  • Vanilla pod — 1
  • Milk — 150 ml
  • Sugar — 65 g
  • Gelatin — 10 g
  • cherry confit:
  • Cherries — 250 g
  • Water — 70 ml
  • Sugar — 70 g
  • Pectin — 10 g
  • Orange juice — 50 ml
  • Note

  • 1. Gelatine soaked in cold boiled water and leave to swell. Milk, cream, vanilla seeds and sugar mix in a saucepan and bring to a boil. We are making the minimum fire and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat, cool for a little bit swollen and dissolved gelatin. Filter the mixture, cool and pour into glasses.
  • 2. We send in the refrigerator until complete solidification. To prepare cherry confit, cherry take out the bones. Sugar water bring to a boil and add the cherries. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes (if not frozen cherries, frozen if — then 20 minutes) and recline cherries in a colander.
